Collymore Urges Klopp Use Liverpool Young Liverpool
Former Liverpool player, Stan Collymore suggested that Jurgen Klopp is now starting to entrust young defenders from the academy to play in the main squad.
The insistence is because the Reds are in the spotlight sharply from the chapter has a bad defense, where the English Premier League club who conceded the most. Even in the last two games they can only play a draw.
So the German coach was asked to transfer the transfer window in January will bring quality defender, but Collymore would want the 50-year-old tactics tactic is to use young players and ask for input from Steven Gerrard who now handle the academy.
“Somewhere in the club, there must be a decent young defender to get a chance,” Stan Collymore told the media.
“Jamie Carragher is a classic example, if you want to trust young people.
“Carra came in when Neil Ruddock did not do his dengna well, when Mark Wright also performed poorly, where he played in the right-back position and eventually became the club’s legend as a central defender.
“I think Jurgen Klopp needs to go and look into what’s available. Maybe consult with Steven Gerrard and see if they have an equivalent player like Trent Alexandre Arnold.
“Fans will surely believe in a young defender if given a chance at this stage.”
