Letter of Disappointment Klopp about Liverpool’s Rebellion against Man United

Liverpool failed to exploit dominance over Manchester United to victory in the match at Anfield on Saturday (14/10/2017). The North West England Derb ends 0-0.

Liverpool manager, Juergen Klopp, entered the press conference room after the game with a cheerful face.

Before speaking, he took a deep breath, then answered questions after question.

“Manchester United came here to get one point and they got it,” said Klopp, quoted by the BBC.

Throughout the game, the Reds are playing as a pressing party. Man United survive more.

“Of course you can not play in this way at Liverpool, but it does not matter for Man United,” said Klopp.

Klopp also judged Liverpool should get a penalty kick when Philippe Coutinho fell.

He also regretted the “absence” of a red card for Man United striker, Romelu Lukaku, because it was considered stepping on Dejan Lovren in an incident.

“We feel we deserve three points, the team is unlucky in two, maybe three situations,” he said.
